Registration terms

Version 1 · The terms in force on the Pulse registration form · published September 23, 2026

These are the terms you accept when you register for a Pulse course. They are the terms already in force on the Pulse registration form, published here word for word so that you can read them before you sign up, and so that we can record exactly which words you accepted.

Where the Hub differs from these terms

Attendance (online live cohort)
Attendance is required. A calendar reminder comes before each class.
If illness or another good reason keeps you away, tell us, and catch up with the recording. Missed classes put your certificate at risk, and we review it with your instructor.
Access (online live cohort)
Your classes stay open for 1 year from your first class.
Until then, you can turn in assignments and watch the recorded lessons.
After that, you can still read your month's class, but you can't turn anything in.
With dual supervision, IBT coursework and supervision still finish within 6 months.
Passport
Signing up in the Hub needs no passport.
ABAT/IBT courses: we ask for copies of your passport, and your Emirates ID if you have one.
ABA Foundation: we ask for your passport and government ID only if you choose the KHDA attested certificate.
We ask for them after you sign up, in a secure place on your account, not by email or WhatsApp.
